SAFETY FIRST: Before skating, wear your child’s protective gear, including a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist straps to protect her.

Warm Tips for using the Kids Roller Skates:

Wear one pair of athletic socks or insoles for your child. Toddler, little kids or younger children should slide under adult supervision. Before skating, please do some warm-up exercise.
Before getting started, wiggle each wheel to check axle tightness. If the bolts/screws that secure the wheels are loose, tighten them with the Allen wrench included in the box.
Avoid skating on debris, rocks, oil, sand, water pavement, moist ground, pothole ground, or packed road. Do a simple cleaning work after using to extend the roller skates’ service life.
The ABEC-7 bearings have a controlled speed. When your child first tries them out, you could tighten the wheels to prevent them from moving too quickly.
