Missing seat post clamp.
I ordered this bike for Christmas and after putting it together, I realized that the seat post clamp was missing. The box was partially opened when the bike was delivered so it appears that the seat clamp was removed prior to shipping. Contacted the seller but seller didn’t have a replacement clamp. However, seller issued me a $15 dollar credit and I was able to buy the clamp in Amazon. The bike was not difficult to put together. Very happy with my purchase.

Love it
At first I had a problem because it never got delivered to my place but the problem was quickly solved by the seller who replaced my product and was immediately delivered in just two days! I got the product and was easy to set up, but im still having trouble with the bike seat; no matter how much i tighten the bolts its still loose and even spins. But ill get it fixed, its very comfortable and light, this is my first bike and I love it!

First bike in nearly 20 years. Unable to reconnect front brake.
The more I ride the easier it becomes to add distance. I hadn’t been on a bike for over 20 years.The only issue that I have is that the front brake appears to have been set too tight to be able to reconnect the clip after installing the front wheel so until I find a workaround I will only use the rear brake.

Don’t buy it-updated
The directions for assembly are horrible. Yes, there is a disclaimer about having a professional build it. But of course most people are going to do it themselves. The rear fender came dented. And the pedals were missing. Just not what I thought $200 would buy me.—update/ the seller made very good efforts to find a solution.

I was super excited for this bike. This is now the second bike that I purchased for myself and I have to say what a disappointment.. it came scratched for one the frame. Secondly, it came bent, so I was not happy about that. It’s not show quality like I thought it could or would be so that was a bit upsetting. It just turned out to be an average bike when I expected it and wanted it to be more.

The bike is beautiful, BUT I had some problems. First the directions were very sketchy, secondly I had to have the brakes replaced at a local bike repair shop. It cost $64.00 for the repair. I have receipt. I feel the company that I ordered the bike from should reimburse me. I want to ride my bicycle
Easy to assemble and looks pretty sturdy for how light it is. The front wheel has a slight bend but I’m sure it can easily be fixed. Had to adjust the gear cable but that’s expected to make it shift smoothly. I would replace the seat it’s really hard and the pedals their plastic but it’s a nice bike for the price.
